Full redevelopment, refurbishment and extension of 1930’s detached bungalow. Erection of integrated garage. 

DESCRIPTION

Demolition of single storey rear extension. Existing hipped roof removed and replaced with extended mansard roof forming new first floor. House extended to the side and rear to create additional bedrooms with en-suites, office and large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling panoramic glazed facade and bi-fold door system. Staircase formed within altered hallway accessing three additional bedrooms with dormers, including large master bedroom, en-suite and walk-in wardrobes. Contemporary plateau skylight within stairwell to enhance natural daylight to both ground and first floor circulation spaces. External fabric of bungalow upgraded and modernised to provide a modern contemporary appearance to the house.
