DESCRIPTION

Large one and a half storey extension was built to create a full height master bedroom, en-suite, dressing rooms and glass staircase accessing private gym. New porch constructed to improve circulation spaces. Original house was extensively altered with internal walls removed to form a large open plan

living, dining, kitchen area with glazed sliding doors enhancing natural daylight. Existing triple garage converted to living accommodation with ground level kitchen, dining area.

Living space, bathroom, storage and bedroom at first floor level.

Double garage retained. External fabric of buildings were upgraded and modernised to a contemporary appearance.
