DESCRIPTION

Existing four bedroom house extensively altered and upgraded to create a stunning five bedroom family home. Front porch extension built to enlarge hallway circulation space and provide additional storage. Internal structural walls were removed between existing kitchen, dining room to create a large, open plan family, kitchen, dining area with external patio doors added to enhance natural daylight. Ground floor alterations to improve principal level throughout with extended hallway link to rear two storey extension, comprising two additional bedrooms each with en-suite. First floor alterations including new master bedroom, en-suite and walk-in dressing room. Existing smaller bedrooms extended to create one large bedroom with walk-in dressing room.
