DESCRIPTION

Existing three bedroom victorian lower villa located within the heart of Murrayfield’s Conservation Area extensively altered and upgraded to create a stunning four bedroom family home. Original outshot and existing kitchen extension were demolished. External structural walls were removed at rear between kitchen, dining room to create new extension comprising a large open plan family, kitchen, dining area including an additional bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. Rear extension with sliding door system, creating a very bright living space with floods of natural daylight. Flat plateau roof windows positioned above the proposed dining area to provide additional daylight. The side of the house was also extended to provide a new en-suite and walk-in dressing room accessed from master bedroom. The principal living space of the house was completely transformed with the new additions, creating a a fabulous, large contemporary and unique family home.
